Lead Headphone Amplifier

Lead keeps operation simple. It uses only a few controls, so you can focus on the sound instead of the setup. Two headphones can connect at the same time, and each output has its own level control. Therefore, you can monitor comfortably without sacrificing flexibility.
For the best possible fidelity, pair Lead Octa with our Octa Rack. This setup powers the module at +/- 24 volts, which gives you the widest dynamic range and the best signal-to-noise ratio. Alternatively, you can choose the Lead 500 version for use with any 500-series rack. However, 500-series modules run at +/- 16 volts, so you may lose some dynamic range and signal-to-noise performance.
Lead is a single-channel module in both Octa and 500 formats. To create a stereo setup, use the included XLR female-to-female adapter in your Octa or 500 rack. The left channel comes from the input, and the right channel comes from the output through the adapter. If you prefer mono monitoring, simply engage the mono switch. Then the left input feeds both left and right outputs.
